Resilient Return is a nationwide DOT-qualified SAP provider that helps safety-sensitive employees return to work after a drug or alcohol violation. Led by Karishma Sarfani, a licensed and highly credentialed counselor, the program offers expert evaluations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up services.

With a streamlined process, multilingual support, and a strong focus on compliance, Resilient Return guides clients across the U.S. and Canada through every step of the return-to-duty process.

Growth Starts with the Right Strategy

Challenges

Resilient Return Counseling Solutions needed a stronger digital foundation to support their growing client base. Their previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked mobile optimization—creating a poor user experience that made it hard for clients to trust the service or book evaluations with ease. The site also lacked clear pathways to key information and services.

Behind the scenes, there was no system in place to manage clients throughout their entire journey, from intake to completion. In addition, Resilient Return aimed to boost qualified traffic and conversions by launching strategic paid advertising campaigns.

We set out to achieve four core outcomes for Resilient Return:

Website Design & Development

We executed a full redesign of Resilient Return’s website to reflect their mission and streamline the user experience. The new site features a clean, intuitive layout that prioritizes clarity, easy navigation, and mobile responsiveness. Content was simplified to focus on key services and calls to action, making it easier for visitors to find information and book evaluations. We also integrated an online checkout system, allowing clients to easily purchase services directly through the site.

CRM & EMR Management

To improve operational efficiency, we implemented a customized CRM system tailored to the SAP process. This backend solution allows for smooth client onboarding, paperwork management, and interaction tracking from intake to completion. We also added automation tools such as a chatbot and call center integration to support 24/7 communication and minimize manual workload.

PPC Marketing

We launched a strategic Google Ads campaign to drive qualified traffic and increase conversions. First, we analyzed search performance to identify high-ranking keywords, then filtered out underperformers to focus ad spend on terms with strong intent and proven results. In addition to standard search ads, we ran a Performance Max (PMax) campaign to expand reach across Google’s full inventory, boosting visibility and influencing how and where the ads appeared. This multi-layered approach ensured Resilient Return connected with both DOT and non-DOT audiences actively searching for SAP services.
