Six verticals. Zero generalists.
We turn down clients outside behavioral health. Saying yes to everyone would mean delivering well for no one.
Why we only do behavioral health.
Vertical depth compounds. Generalist breadth doesn't.
Most marketing agencies serve every healthcare vertical because the contracts pay the same. The result: they're shallow everywhere. They know what LegitScript is in theory, but they've never actually navigated a residential program review. They know HIPAA exists, but they've never built an intake flow under 42 CFR Part 2. They know therapy practices have insurance complexity, but they've never built per-carrier landing pages that convert.
We made the opposite bet. Eight years inside behavioral health, addiction treatment, therapy, ABA, OT, speech, and senior living. The vertical playbooks are real and built. The compliance knowledge is operational, not theoretical. The cross-pollination between verticals — parents-as-buyer for speech informs adult-children-as-buyer for senior living; LegitScript fluency for addiction informs Meta healthcare restrictions for mental health — compounds in ways a generalist agency can't access.
We say no to clients outside these spaces. Restaurant chains, e-commerce brands, B2B SaaS — all of which would happily pay our retainers. We turn them down because saying yes would dilute the depth we've spent eight years building. The clients we serve get the benefit of that focus.
If you run a behavioral health practice, you don't need an agency that does “healthcare.” You need one that does the work you do.
