Skycloud Health
A multi-state psychiatry practice went from about 7 to about 18 new patients a week after we traced every lead to an admitted patient and moved budget to the channels that produced them.

Skycloud Health is a psychiatry and mental health practice serving patients in Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Minnesota. Patients come for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD assessments, and care for depression and anxiety.
We took over Skycloud Health's digital marketing in January 2026. In nine months, new patients per week grew about 150%, and the practice has beaten the goal of 60 new patients a month that we set at the start, every month since March.
Patients were finding Skycloud. The practice just couldn't say how.
Patients were finding Skycloud, but the practice could not say how, so it could not tell which marketing was working.
Calls and forms were not tied to the patients who actually booked. Google Ads had been run by a prior agency, campaigns were paused, and costly opioid terms were still in the account. Listings did not match across Google, Psychology Today, ZocDoc and other directories, and SEO gaps limited how well Skycloud showed up when patients searched.
- Reach 60 new patients a month
- Know which channels produce admitted patients, and what each one costs
- Grow visibility in Google search, local results and AI search
Trace every patient first. Then spend where they come from.
Four steps, in order: tracking, search and local visibility, AI search, then paid media.
Step 1: Make every patient traceable
We rebuilt the plumbing first. Call tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads now share data, so every call and form carries its source. Call-scoring rules keep a new-patient call from being counted the same as an existing patient. The intake form was rebuilt in Typeform with source and name fields, so each submission can be matched to an admitted patient.
Explore service 02Step 2: Build search and local visibility
On-page SEO across the site, service and state pages for each state Skycloud serves, and a monthly content plan built on topic pillars with supporting posts. We verified the new locations in Google, made the Business Profile consistent, aligned Google, Psychology Today and ZocDoc profiles, and built links from other sites.
Explore service 03Step 3: Show up in AI search
AI tools and Google's AI answers draw on the same profiles, reviews and content, so we reinforced them. We advised Skycloud to encourage patient reviews and aimed blog topics at the questions AI Overviews answer, such as telehealth psychiatry, online OCD therapy and insurance coverage.
Explore service 04Step 4: Spend on what produces patients
Once tracking worked, we judged every paid and directory channel on admitted patients, not clicks. Google Ads was rebuilt by service line, with broad terms and costly opioid searches cut and ads off on weekends when no one can answer calls. One paid directory cost about $1,500 per admit, so we cancelled it in May. Meta Ads produced too few admits and was paused. ZocDoc and Psychology Today stayed because they paid back, and Yelp is on a 90-day test.

“I have worked with several marketing agencies and have decided to stick with RxMedia because they’re great communicators and really meet us where we are at as a business. They’re willing to look at operational processes adjacent to marketing to optimize outcomes, which I’ve found very valuable.”
